Q. Will Long Term Parking be available for my car?
A. Yes, Parking at the Terminal. All parking is available at garages at the port. No street parking. Vehicles are parked in parking garages located near Terminal. Passengers drop off luggage in front of Terminal. Porter will staple luggage tags to your passenger ticket. Then pull into parking garage. Take a parking ticket from machine. Write your parking level and space on your ticket. Lock your vehicle. Take your key. Walk to Terminal. Walk into ship.

Q. Will transportation on day of sailing be available from my hotel in Miami to ship?
A. Yes, the Celebrity Cruise Line Group representative, at time of booking, will handle hotel, air and transfers to and from the ship.

Q. Will transportation from the ship be available on returning day to my hotel ?
A. Yes, the Celebrity Cruise Line Group representative, at time of booking, will handle hotel, air and transfers to and from the ship.

Q. Are the rooms smoke free?
A. All  balconies and rooms are smoke free.

Q. Is the ship smoke free??
A. The ship is primarily smoke free. There are 2 smoking areas on board. The sunset bar on the top deck aft (nautical word for the back of the boat!). Also there is a small area on deck 5 outdoors. All other areas including balconies and rooms are smoke free.

Q. Will I have Internet access in my room?
A. Wifi is not included in the room rate but there are multiple plans available to purchase. However, Wifi is one of the perks you can choose as a member of the Brooklyn Reunion 2020 group.

Q. Will the ship be remediated of the CoronaVirus?
A. Yes. As we get closer to the sailing date we will update this information.

Q. How do I obtain cancellation insurance?
A. Celebrity sells cancellation insurance called Cruisecare. However,  New York residents have to inquire directly through AON Insurance or purchase a 3rd party plan. Any other state can be quoted at time of booking.

Q. Can people not from Brooklyn sign up for the Reunion cruise?
A. While primarily a cruise for people who have roots in Brooklyn, we want to share our “Brooklyn uniqueness, playfulness & generosity” with everyone.

Q. What provisions have been made for the handicapped?
A. Guests can request accessible rooms when they book. They fill up fast so if guests need these features the sooner they book the better. Each guest may also request specific services to be available in any stateroom. Just inquire when booking.

Q. Does the ship have medical staff on board?
A. There is a medical clinic onboard. Our Cruisecare insurance covers each guest up to $10,000 for onboard medical and $25,000 for evac/repatriation for cases too serious to handle onboard.

Q. Can I upgrade my cabin?
A. You can upgrade or change rooms or promotions subject to availability. You will be charged that days prevailing rate if you do change rooms.

Q. I am single and would like to share my cabin with another Brooklynite. How can I do this?
A. We have no formal procedure in place at this time. I suggest using the FaceBook Group (see below) to see if anyone is interested in room sharing.
